The second son of Shri Mahaprabhuji also famous as Gusainji, was born in Charunat on the 9th day of the dark half of the month Paush in 1572. Primary education was given by his father and scriptures were taught by scholars. He gained knowledge from his elder brother after Shri Gusainji left for heavenly abode. He had to shoulder the responsibility of his whole sect after Shri Gopinathji departed.                                      

King Akbar gave him the service of looking after the cows and Brahmins and thus he was known as Goswami. Later He became Gusainji from Goswami. He had made a rule of giving initiation (Brahmsambandh) to at least 2 Vaishnavas daily. He formed a poetic group of 8 Vaishñavs, who were given the honor of Kirtan of ShriNathji. During his lifetime He wrote many texts in Sanskrit,which includes Shringar rasmandan, Bhaktihetunirya, Bhakti has,Geeta arthsanghra, Geeta tatparya, many Strata,Mangla, Rajbhog, Sandhya and Shayan  Aarti. The scriptures which were left by Shri Mahaprabhu were completed by Him.  His name is taken with great respect by the whole community as Shri Gusainji and Shri Prabhucharan. He was very compassionate by nature. He got married to Shri Rukmani Bahuji and had 6 sons, and later when she left this world, He remarried with Shri Padmavati Bahuji and had 1 son and 5 daughters. He left for Heavenly Abode at the age of 72.
